A heavy gold-tone chain is paired with a tribal-inspired strand of faux lapis lazuli spears in this unusual piece designed by Kenneth Jay Lane. Lane was a favorite of Jackie Kennedy, Audrey Hepburn, and Elizabeth Taylor, who famously replaced the fake jewels with real ones.
